GEN: general ANA: analysis module DSGNxyz: design module, level x, level y, level z AERO: aerodynamics ENG: engine database HLP: on-line help
1. Error correction Error 1: On the On-line Help window, the values are not updated when the user clicked on SI/FPSR on the status bar Error 2: ANA/DSGN: Turboprop, the maximum horsepower is not taken into account Error 3: DSGN3: the computed CG position is not correct if the flight weight is different than the maximum takeoff weight Error 4: DSGN23: the MCF parameters are not displayed properly (Material Correction Factor) [english version only] Error 5: DSGN23: the CGc (computed CG position) are not computed properly. Error 6: DSGN23: the engine data, for twin engine aircraft, are not properly initialized
2. New features GEN : update DynamicPressureRatio function (to take into account the power available at the given flight condition) GEN : increase the maximum allowable flight altitude, from 11.000m to 25.000m GEN : airworthiness requirements, specify the category ANA/DSGN: compute the performances of a 5 blades constant speed propeller ANA/DSGN: turboprop, compute the Equivalent Shaft Horsepower (ESHP) ANA/DSGN: compute the blade solidity of a given propeller DSGN2: Jet, One, PodMounted: the engine nacelle is automatically located on the fuselage in function of the longitudinal position of the engine pod DSGN2: T-tail : new parameter VTRlTpChord DSGN2: optimize the fuselage aft part length in function of the longitudinal position of the wing on the fuselage DSGN2: compute the takeoff speed in function of the deflection angle of the trailing edge device DSGN3: compute the maximum lift coefficient in function of the CG position DSGN3: compute the stall speed in function of the CG position DSGN3: the user may specify a given CG position within the calculated limits DSGN3: Option, new parameters: flight weight and flight altitude DSGN23: compute the lift generated by every lifting surfaces at the stall DSGN23: twin-engine, OEI: compute the drag coefficient in function of the slip angle DSGN23: twin-engine, OEI: compute the slip angle in function of the characteristics of the vertical tail surface DSGN123: initialize data during data acquisition (new function) DSGN123: update the performances of the propeller in function of the blade solidity factor AERO: take into account the presence of the tailboom or the engine nacelle to compute the lift distribution over the wing ENG: new engine configuration (X or radial), up to 12 cylinders ENG: specify fuel consumption at P100%, P75% et P50%. ENG: turbo propeller : specify SHP (Shaft Horsepower) and ESHP (Equivalent Shaft Horsepower) HLP: the Tutorial is activated from the main menu
